Over the years, I’ve used, Schein, Patterson, Benco and several independent techs for service and equipment.purchases. Marco, has over 30 years of experience and is a professional expert. He knows the ins and outs of fixing and installing anything dental related. He is always available 24 seven you never have to follow up with him on things he’s always reliable and on time. He is a man of his word, and his prices are always fair and affordable another thing I love about Marco. He always explains everything until you know what’s going on. He takes his time to make sure you understand the situation, and sometimes even shows me little tricks to avoid having to call him so that I can fix problems on my own. Not to mention every time there’s a dental emergency in the office he’s always there right away to save the day.!

I’ve been practicing in South Fl for 16 years. Met Marco from Global Dentistry Solutions (GDS) about 10 years ago. Have been my service company for the last 4 years. Before GDS I used to encounter with several issues regarding dental equipment service. Like long waiting periods from scheduling service visit to actual visit; long holds over the phone; extremely high prices; lack of honesty on diagnosis and repair of equipment and non-professional relationship. Since I use GDS, all that is just past. Marco is always on call, the most I have had to wait for him to come to my office is 1 day and in cases that we can keep running until next day, otherwise he makes it and comes same day.For the most cases, he fixes things right there or gives a loan/substitute to keep working while he fixes things. Prices are reasonable! Professionalism is above expectations, very respectful and honest. I definitely recommend GDS for dental equipment maintenance and repair!

I must say after dealing with repair people with the big companies, it is so refreshing to find someone like Global Dentistry Solutions this company who is not only knowledgeable as heck but so accommodating and personable. I’ll just give you one of so many examples, today my autoclave crapped out and he came over after two hours to make sure it will be repaired,Marco Sollai are prompt, knowledgeable , efficient, and fast!!!
